KUALA LUMPUR (June 19): Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) announced today the appointment of Tan Sri Dr Sulaiman Mahbob, 68, as acting chairman of the group effective immediately.
He also joins the group's board of directors as an independent and non-executive director.
In a separate filing with Bursa Malaysia today, FGV said Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad, 67, has resigned as its non-independent, non-executive chairman, citing to focus on his personal undertakings.
